I grew up on a farm in Northwestern Minnesota and
have been involved in church music all of my life – from
our country church in Minnesota, to Colorado Springs,
to Glendale and Sun City Arizona.
My husband Dave and I moved from Colorado to
Arizona in 1988. My day job is as a licensed Agent for
Farmers Insurance and in my free time, my new hobby is
growing plumerias in our backyard. We have two
children. Ben is a student at Glendale Community
College and lives at home. Our daughter, Alison, and
her family just moved to Costa Mesa, CA from
Honolulu. We are brand new grandparents to an
adorable little boy, Roman and we are so excited to
have them closer and on the same continent!!
I enjoy making music, and look forward to working with
the “Jet Streams” to enhance the Spirited Traditional
Service.

Hi! I’m Faye Ruffcorn, the North Dakota country bumpkin who met the Minneapolis city slicker in
college, married and embarked on a life as “Pastor’s wife.”
Pastor Kevin and I have had the joy of raising two sons and now I am enjoying the youth of our Desert
Streams family. Besides liking to work with children, my favorite pass-times include reading, singing,
and backyard pool time. Kevin and I have also thoroughly enjoyed traveling opportunities, whether in
the States or in Europe and Asia.
My background of elementary education, business and religion serve me well in my capacity of
Administrative Assistant and Involvement Coordinator at Desert Streams. Though much of my work
involves the office paper pushing, I find the greatest satisfaction in my position is that of interaction
with our people, learning of their interests and strengths, and encouraging them in finding their niche
in the family of Desert Streams.

Frank Danna, originally from upstate
New York has lived in Phoenix for the
past twenty years. He has worked with
many different country artists and
bands. He is also a songwriter and
studio musician. Frank has been a
guitar instructor for the past fifteen
years and has an on-line video
instruction site. He is currently working
on studio projects in Phoenix. Frank
plays rhythm and acoustic guitars.
