YOUTH FIND WISDOM:
On Tuesday nights, the youth Bible
study will discover the ancient wisdom
of the Scripture and how it applies to
their lives today, using the Book of
Proverbs as the basis of their study
and discussion. No easy answers will
be given, but the tenets of wisdom and
how one applies it to life will be
shared. Youth gather at 7:00PM

MONDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
On Monday evenings, we are having a delightful time at our Adult Small Group Bible Study,
discussing some videos by Rob Bell. These videos present a unique perspective on some
basic Bible passages and Christian teachings. The conversation has been vigorous. If you
can’t come for the pot-luck meal at 6:30 plan to attend the Bible study itself at 7:30.
Coming topics include:
June 7, “Rich”
There’s a popular bumper sticker that reads, “God Bless America,”
but hasn’t America already been blessed?
June 14, “Luggage”
We all have wounds and we end up carrying around these things that
people have done to us for weeks, months, and even years.
June 21, “Trees”
We want to know why we are here. If our lives really matter.
How our religion is relevant to this life.
June 28, “Whirlwind”
A lot of us have gone through times in our lives that have been difficult.
Some have been small and hard to understand and
some have been big and overwhelming.
